A beckoning perspective for a New Agriculture

Filter: Transition

What's happening to the agriculture & horticulture in the Netherlands? It's not normal. Multiple scandals involving Fipronil, fraude with manure and pollution of surface water. Farmers are being accused, while they can barely keep their business afloat. And what are the consequences for our food? And our health?

But, at the same time, we hear a lot about wonderul initiatives that are happening everywhere. Big and small!

NIET NORMAAL! (NOT NORMAL) How we are using our land for producing food, and ways we can improve!

This is the title of a small booklet I'm writing at the moment, about 130 pages, which provides insight into what's happening at the moment, multiple perspectives and how we can all benefit from supporting the transition in our agriculture.

At the moment we're working hard to get the booklet published in Dutch, which you can support via the crowdfunding-project on Ulule here.

Please let me know if you're interested in seeing an English version in the near-future, and for those of you who want to start reading; My English book 'Transition to Agroecology, for a food secure world' is available via the Crowdfuning as well, or online.

Thanks for your support!
